Welcome back to another piece of Binary Paths!
I'm back from vacations and because of that, I decided to do something different for this piece.
As I mentioned before, this newsletter is constantly evolving, and evolution requires testing new traits.
This piece will be less technical, touching more on the emotional side of things. It's a short one but I really liked to write it.
I had some busy vacations, but I still had time to think about multiple stuff.
Self-doubt was one of them.
But it wasn't the only thing. Juggling multiple projects, goals, and responsibilities was another.
It's not easy to keep all the balls in the air at once.
You drop some. You pick them back up. You keep juggling.
That's life. That's the game we play.
There will be a time when you will doubt about yourself. Don't try to say that you don't have or won't have it. You're just lying to yourself and others.
You will doubt if you're really capable of the things you propose to do.
You will doubt if you have what it takes.
But really ask yourself. Does it matter? Does it matter spending energy on your useless thoughts about the pessimistic view you create? Does it matter if you don't have what it takes?
No.
What matters is if you do it or not. Not if you think about it or not.
The movie you create inside your head, and whether it has a good or bad ending, doesn't matter.
Ideation doesn't matter. Actions do.
Choose a decision. Any decision. It doesn't matter which one. To move forward, you must choose one. Do you really want to stay in the same place? Or do you want to move forward?
You decide.
And once you decide, commit to it. Stick with it through the ups and downs.
Through the self-doubt and the juggling act.
Through the dropped balls and the added ones.
Keep going. Keep juggling. Keep moving forward.
One step at a time. One decision at a time. That's how you navigate the multiple things in life. That's how you keep all the balls in the air.
It's not easy, but it's possible.
You just have to decide to do it.
And then do it.
